Terms of Use

1. The service
The App applies on-device filters, AI-generated effects and templates to your photos. AI results are generated automatically; results of the same quality are not guaranteed for every photo.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (16 in the EU).
3. Photos you upload
- You may upload only photos of yourself or photos whose subjects have given permission.
- You must not upload photos that include other people without their consent, depict children inappropriately, contain nudity or sexual content, or contain hate, violence or harassment; nor use the App to impersonate, deceive or damage the reputation of others.
- You own your photos and the results. You grant us only the limited, temporary license needed to apply the effect.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
4. Using the results
You may freely use the results for personal and social media purposes. You may not use them in a misleading way as if they were a real person (fake identities, fraud, audio/visual forgery). When sharing, you are responsible for following each platform's rules for labeling AI-generated content.
5. Credits and subscriptions
- AI generations use credits. Subscriptions include daily credits; unused daily credits do not roll over to the next day. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
- If a generation fails, or our system detects that the result did not change enough, the credit is refunded automatically.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period through your Apple or Google account until you cancel. To cancel, use your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, you will be charged.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.
6. Changes to the service
We may change effects, templates, credit amounts and prices. We will give advance notice for existing subscription periods.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from AI results or service interruptions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Termination
We may block uses that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time by deleting the App or with Settings → Delete my data.
9. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumer disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
